The Week in Reviews 05-28-2008
The coveted book of the week award goes to
Judenhass
Published by Aardvark-Vanaheim
Written and Illustrated by Dave Sim
As important as Maus, The Plot,
Schindler’s List or any other piece on its subject matter, Judenhass is the work of a comics master. Sim continues to redefine and transcend his chosen medium with every project. I know it is early, but I cannot fathom the idea that a more important comic book will be published this year.

Final Crisis
Published by DC Comics
Written by Grant Morrison
Art by J.G. Jones

Lee also covered Batman #677, Firebreather #1, and Marvel 1985 #1 as well as an advanced review for this week’s Avengers/Invaders #2.
Over in Fast Breaks the Broken Frontier staff covered All-Star Superman #11, Astounding Wolf-man #6, Angel: Revelations #1, Daredevil #107, Northlanders #6, and Secret History of Authority: Hawksmoor #3.
As usual the week in reviews is brought to us by our good friends at Broken Frontier…
